Trinity
River Authority - Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System - 48"
wastewater pipeline in the City of Red Oak. Project included a
design survey of a 5 mile long strip for proposed 48" wastewater
pipeline, creating multiple right-of-way/easement documents, and some
construction staking of said pipeline.
Union Pacific Railroad -
Multiple Land acquisition projects performed in Bexar, Wood, and Tarrant
Counties. Projects included creating boundary surveys right-of-way
documents and easement documents for a future siding track, or an
extension of an existing siding track.
North Texas Municipal Water
District - 96" Pipeline for Texoma water from Grayson County to
Wylie Water Treatment Plant, a 30 mile project. Topographic mapping of
all creek and road intersections, abstract map, preparation of
Easement/R.O.W. documents, construction staking.
Tarrant Regional Water
District, Twin Points Project at Eagle Mountain Park. Topographic
surveying and construction staking performed between January and March,
2010.
Parker County Bond Issue,
West Loop Project in Weatherford, TX. Topographic and boundary surveys,
and preparation of right-of-way documents, performed in 2009 &
2010, for Freese & Nichols Engineers. Total fee over $ 700,000.
North Texas Municipal Water District, The Lower Bois d'Arc Creek Reservoir near the City of Bonham, Fannin County, Texas. Boundary surveys and some topographic work for the process of acquiring the land, performed in March 2009.
North Texas Municipal Water
District, The Renner Road 5 mile waterline project for replacement of
Plano West side Pipeline, NTMWD project no. 173. Topographic surveys
performed in January-February, 2009, and preparation of easement
documents.
Numerous Street, water line,
sewer line, and drainage projects for the
City of Mansfield, during the
year 2008 & 2009. Topographic surveys and construction staking for
projects designed by the City or their contracted design engineer. Total
approximate annual fee billed to the City of Mansfield over $250,000.
North Texas Municipal Water
District, Sanitary Sewer Force Main Project along State Highway No. 121
(30,000 linear feet). Total fee over $170,000 performed from August 6,
2006 to January 30, 2007 for Freese & Nichols Engineers, Fort Worth,
Texas. Worked performed: topographic surveys, property deed abstract,
location of property lines, and prepare easement documents.
North Texas Municipal Water
District, City of Garland, University Channel Improvement Project (1,800
linear feet). Total fee around $130,000 for work performed from August
6, 2006 to January 30, 2007 for Freese & Nichols Engineers, Fort Worth,
Texas. Worked performed: topographic surveys, property deed abstract,
location of property lines, and prepare easement documents.

Texas Municipal Water District, Recycled Waterline Project from Lake
Tawakoni to FM 2728 (53,500 linear feet). Total fee over $400,000.
Performed from February 22, 2006 to January 15, 2007 for Freese &
Nichols Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas. Worked performed: topographic
surveys, property deed abstract, location of property lines, and prepare
easement documents.
South Matlock Road Street,
Utility and Drainage Improvement Project, from East Broad
Street to S.H.
360 for the City of Mansfield. Total fee around $200,000. Performed from
May 2004 to December 31, 2006. Worked performed: topographic surveys,
property deed abstract, location of property lines, prepare easement
documents, and construction staking.
North Texas Municipal Water
District, Recycled Waterline Project from Royse City to Lake Lavon at
Farmersville, Texas (70,000 linear feet). Total fee over $350,000.
Performed from December 1, 2004 to August 31, 2005 for Freese & Nichols
Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas. Worked performed: topographic surveys,
property deed abstract, location of property lines, and prepare easement
documents.
